Cause detail: LACT UNIT AIR ELIMINATOR FAILED RELEASING 2 BBLS CRUDE OIL DUE TO VIBRATION TO THE NIPPLE CAUSING THE NIPPLE TO BREAK OFF AT THE BOTTOM OF THE AIR ELIMINATOR. OPERATOR NOTIFIED, UNIT SHUTDOWN AND PROMPTLY CLEANED UP. UNIT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
