Cause detail: DURING LINE PATROL, TECHNICIAN DISCOVERED LEAK. IT WAS REPORTED TO MANAGEMENT, THE PRESSURE WAS LOWERED BY 20% AND PERSONNEL TOOK APPROPRIATE ACTIONS TO ISOLATE THE AREA. PLANS WERE MADE AND EXECUTED TO TO REPAIR LEAK AND LINE WAS RETURNED TO NORMAL OPERATION.
