CEGT PERSONNEL WERE DISPATCHED TO INVESTIGATE AND FOUND THAT A CONTRACTOR WAS CLEANING DITCHES FOR A THIRD PARTY AND THEY HIT CEGT'S PIPELINE. CEGT PERSONNEL REDUCED THE PRESSURE ON THE LINE AND INSTALLED A BOLT ON SLEEVE. THE REPAIR WAS MADE AND THE LINE WAS BACK IN SERVICE AT 21:17.
