Cause detail: BALANCE CHECKS ON 01-06-2026 REVEALED A GAS LOSS ON A TYPE R LOW PRESSURE GATHERING LINE. OPENED VENT VALVE IDENTIFIED AND CLOSED, STOPPING RELEASE. GAS LOSS WAS CALCULATED ON 1-07-2026. NOTIFICATIONS WERE MADE AFTER GAS LOSS WAS DETERMINED TO BE REPORTABLE.
