Cause detail: THIRD PARTY HAD A SMALL SPILL AROUND THEIR WELLHEAD AND WAS SCRAPING UP FRESH DIRT TO REPLACE THE STAINED SOIL. UNFORTUNATELY THEY DID NOT REALIZE THE SPOT THEY HAD CHOSEN TO TAKE THE DIRT FROM WAS DIRECTLY ON TOP OF OUR LINE. LINE MARKERS WERE PRESENT.
