Cause detail: SEAL ON NUMBER 3 PUMP LEAKED PRODUCT INTERMITTINGLY. TECHNICIAN HAD TO BLOW DOWN PRODUCT IN THE PUMP TO THE ATMOSPHER SO HE COULD REPLACE THE SEAL. AMOUNT OF PRODUCT BLOWN DOWN, INCLUDING AMOUNT LOST FROM THE LEAK IS ESTIMATED AT 5.5 BARRELS
