In accordance with § 172.519( d)(3), upon visual examination, it is our determination that the red colors on the sample placards do fall within the color tolerances referenced in Table 1 of the Hazardous Materials Label and Placard Color Tolerance Charts found in Appendix A to Part 1 72 of the HMR.
