Pipeline Transport Company is installing a 6-inch welded steel pipeline to transport anhydrous ammonia from Port Sutton, Tampa, Florida to Polk County, International Minerals and Chemical Corporation, Phosphate Plant. Effective July 27, 1981, the requirements of section 195.6 of the Department's hazardous liquid pipeline regulations in 49 CFR Part 195 were repealed. Therefore, notification of intent to transport a commodity other than petroleum or petroleum products is no longer necessary. The carrier will transport anhydrous ammonia, agricultural grade, NH3 considered non-flamable gas by the Federal Regulations revised as of December 31, 1973 Part 173 of Title 49.
