View source PROGRAMThe purpose of this notification is to notify PHMSA/OPS of changes to the Transmission of Integrity Management Programs (TIMP) utilized by Duke Energy's Natural Gas Business Unit and Piedmont Natural Gas in accordance with 49 CFR Section 192.909 (b). Notification of these changes has also been provided to the Pipeline Safety (NAPSR representative) in the six states that are covered by the revised TIMP Plan.#
