PRESSUREPer 49 CFR 195.452(h)(1)(ii), this email serves as notification to PHMSA that Plains West Coast Terminals Lines 518, 519, 521, 522 (El Real to El Segundo West 16”), operated under Operator ID#26085 (Plains Marketing), will be exceeding 365 days on a pressure reduction originally taken on January 20, 2017. This is due to a combination of factors including delays in receipt of dig permits from multi-jurisdictional agencies, associated permit restrictions with respect to limited work days and hours, and limited access to the dig locations. As a result and to ensure the continued safety of the P/L, an additional 20% pressure reduction will be taken as of January 19, 2018.#
