REPAIRThis letter is being submitted by SEADRIFT PIPELINE COMPANY, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Dow Chemical Company (Dow) in accordance with 49 CFR §195.452(h)(1)(i) to provide an update of status for the delay in repair of 180-day conditions, as defined in §195.452(h)(4). Dow has removed this line from service, cleared it of product, and air gapped and nitrogen padded as of December 13, 2019 ahead of the January 2020 deadline for 180-day conditions.#
