DISCOVERY BEYOND 180 DAYS HCAPer § 195.452(h)(3), Alyeska Pipeline Service Company (Alyeska) is notifying PHMSA of a delay of investigation and remediation of a 180-day condition discovered at Pipeline Mileposts (PLMP) 775.42 and 781.14 on December 31, 2020.
