COX OPERATING LLC — Integrity Assurance Notification

REPAIRPursuant to §195.452, Cox Operating, LLC (Cox) is making this notification to inform PHMSA of a delay in addressing a compliance order reference CPF 4-2020-7003.  The lines are located off-shore and into the coastal region of Louisiana in Port Fourchon and East Timbalier Bay.  Due to operational constraints resulting from COVID 19 pandemic and weather conditions causing evacuations and shut-in facilities these items have not been able to be address at this time.#
