NUSTAR PIPELINE OPERATING PARTNERSHIP L.P. — Integrity Assurance Notification

PRESSUREThis is a notification of a Long-Term Pressure Reduction under 49 CFR § 195.452 (h)(1)(ii). On July 28, 2020, NuStar Pipeline Operating Partnership L.P. implemented a pressure reduction of 1020 psi on the Blair Primary Lateral 6” pipeline segment for three 180-day features under 49 CFR § 195.452 (h)(4)(iii)(D).   Reasons for Delay:  We have attempted multiple times to take remedial actions related to the three 180 day features which are in close proximity to each other. However, each attempt was unsuccessful due to water ingress coming up from the bottom of the excavation, creating unsafe conditions.#
