PROGRAMAs required by §192.909, the following Integrity Management Program modification is being communicated as it is considered to have the potential to substantially affect the program's implementation or may significantly modify the program or schedule for carrying out the program elements. Tallgrass has implemented a new quantitative risk algorithm for mainline pipe to replace the legacy relative risk ranking algorithm. This change will help to better prioritize our HCA segments for assessment and preventative and mitigation measures.
