ASSUMED TOUGHNESSPursuant to 192.712(e)(2)(i)(E) Williams is submitting this notification to use other appropriate  and conservative default Charpy V-Notch (CVN) and/or fracture toughness values (Kc) for use in  analyzing crack-related conditions applicable to 192.712(d). These CVN and/or Kc values are  demonstrated to be appropriate and conservative through an exhaustive statistical analysis  performed with Structural Integrity Associates, Inc.#
