PLMP 143.83 resides in a High Consequence Area Could Affect Segments (HCA CAS), which requires a schedule for evaluation and remediation for Discovery of Condition per 49 CFR 195.452 (h)(4)(ii)(B): A dent located on the bottom of the pipeline that has any indication of metal loss, cracking, or stress riser.#
