INTERVALhis letter is to serve as notification to the Office of Pipeline Safety {OPS} in accordance with 49 CFR 195.452(m) for the schedule for remediation and evaluation of 180-day anomalies. Eastman Chemical Company (Eastman} (OPID#26103, RRC P-5 #845725} was unable to meet the 180-day interval due to unforeseen circumstances as detailed below. This letter also serves as justification for the current and future actions to rectify the issues, as well as the explanation that the remaining anomalies do not jeopardize public safety or environmental protection.#
