PRESSUREA 20% temporary pressure reduction was initially implemented on August 31, 2021, following the receipt of an in-line inspection (ILI) tool result. The temporary pressure reduction was later lifted on October 29, 2021, to a higher temporary MOP due to completed rehabilitation work on this pipeline segment. On August 17, 2023, a new pressure reduction was applied to this pipeline segment due to a subsequent ILI tool run. The results from the 2023 inspection were also used to reassess the data from the 2021 inspection. On August 29, 2023, Enterprise took further remedial action to ensure safety in accordance with 49 CFR 195.452(h)(1 )(ii). The action consisted of issuing a pressure reduction for a feature identified in the 2021 ILI tool run, however the pressure reduction was consistent with the operational limits already set on this pipeline segment from the August 17th pressure reduction.#
