The segment is identified as the “Pennzoil Lateral”. The current compliance deadline for this lateral is December 31, 2023. KM Tejas is requesting an extended deadline of on or before May 1, 2024, for reasons communicated within the attached letter including to maintain product supply to the market during the winter heating months in accordance with 49 CFR 192.943(a)(2). KM Tejas’ request for a May 1, 2024 reassessment date for this 6-inch (6”) and 12-inch (12”) pipeline is supported by a 12.31 year calculated reassessment interval per ASME B31.38S.#
