REPAIRThis letter provides a Hazardous Liquid Integrity Assurance Notification pursuant to 49 C.F.R. § 195.452(h)(l)(i) by Crimson Pipeline, LLC (Crimson) for pipelines regulated by the California Office of the State Fire Marshall (OSFM). This notification is related to a prior Hazardous Liquid Integrity Assurance Notification which Crimson submitted on January 3, 2024, discussed below. This notification is submitted (a) at the direction of OSFM, and (b) out of an abundance of regulatory caution.#
