INTERVALGenesis Offshore Holdings, LLC (Genesis) was recently notified that the ILI inspection tool is out of the country and will not return to the United States until October 2024. Genesis requests an extension of time based on 49 CFR 195.452 U)(4)(ii) Unavailable Technology. The purpose of the request is that the return of the tools shall miss the previously scheduled assessment due date; July 29th, 2024.#
