GOM REBURIAL DELAYIn accordance with 49 CFR 195.413 Shell Pipeline Company LP (SPLC) is writing to notify you that required work to mitigate an exposure on our Delta Loop 20" pipeline, a pipeline in the GOM and its inlets, will not be completed by the required time frame due to project coordination and permitting delays. This exposure was reported to the NRC on February 28, 2024, and the corresponding NRC number is 1392599. The location of the exposure is in the Gulf of Mexico in Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana.#
