TECHNOLOGYIn accordance with 49 CFR 195.452(j) and (m), INEOS USA, LLC (hereinafter “INEOS”) is submitting an Other Technology notification for its pipeline segment INS-PRNW, which is a 0.01-mile lateral located in Harris County, Texas. Consistent with the requirements of § 195.452(j)(5)(iv), INEOS is providing this notification at least 90 days prior to the planned assessment date of August 18, 2025. The following provides a description of the subject pipeline segment, associated integrity threats, and how the use of other technology will provide an equivalent understanding of the pipeline’s condition.#
