MAOP RECONFIRMATION METHOD 6As required under 49 CFR 192.624(c)(6), Texas Eastern Transmission, LLC (TETLP) (OPID 19235) is providing notice in accordance with 49 CFR 192.18 of the intent to utilize Alternative Technology under 49 CFR Part 192.624(c)(6) to reconfirm the Maximum Allowable Operating Pressure (MAOP). TETLP has completed an alternative technical evaluation for the use of composite reinforcement wraps in accordance with 49 CFR Part 192.624(c)(6). TETLP intends to utilize the alternative technology to reconfirm the MAOP of a 33-ft segment located within a Class 1 MCA in Gibson County, Indiana.#
