Upon approval from PHSMA, the following attached Operating Standard will be incorporated into Williams procedures and referenced as an option for reconfirmation of MAOP for pipelines meeting the requirements of 49 CFR 192.624(a). Williams intends to use this Operating Standard in locations that Methods 1 through 5 are deemed impractical due to physical or operational constrains.#
