REPAIRCelanese Chemicals, Inc. ("Celanese") is submitting this report regarding the remediation of the Methanol Pipeline at the Clear Lake Plant located at 9502 Bayport Boulevard, Pasadena, Texas 77507 ("Plant"). Celanese provides notice to PHMSA's Office of Pipeline Safety ("PHMSA") and the Texas Railroad Commission, Pipeline Safety Division ("RRC") that Celanese cannot meet the required schedule for remediation of a 60-day condition and cannot provide safety through a temporary reduction in operating pressure, as required by §195.452(h)(1 )(i).#
