PRESSUREThis notification is submitted in accordance with the requirements of 49 CFR195.452(h)(1)(ii) in reference to the Products (SE) Pipe Line Corporation’s 14W12 Richmond Junction to Washington, DC pipeline. 49 CFR 195.452(h)(1)(ii) requires operators to notify PHMSA when a pressure reduction resulting from in-line inspection response conditions exceeds 365 days and requires operators to provide the reason for the delays. Operators are also required to take further remedial action to ensure the safety of the pipeline.#
