JAYBEE OIL GAS INC — Integrity Assurance Notification

COMPOSITE MATERIALS TYPE CThis letter serves as a notification from Jay-Bee Oil & Gas required by 49 C.F.R. §192.9(h) of its intent to install composite pipe materials in an onshore gas gathering pipeline. This pipeline consists of approximately 26,000 feet of 8” FlexSteel MXL-2250 psi piping and associated fittings. Jay-Bee Oil & Gas plans on starting installation of this line on or about September 22nd, 2025, with a projected completion date on or about November 15th, 2025. The time frame between this notification and the planned installation date is less than the 90 days specified in 49 C.F.R. §192.9(h). Our initial interpretation was that the pipeline would be classified as Type R Gathering during project planning; however, this notification is being provided to ensure alignment and to reaffirm our commitment to pipeline safety and regulatory compliance.#
