ECA MECHANICAL DAMAGE EVALUATIONThe purpose of this notification is to inform PHMSA of the Eastern Gas Transmission and Storage, Inc. (EGTS, OPID 2714) and Carolina Gas Transmission (OPID 31846) development and implementation of a procedure for performing Engineering Critical Assessment (ECA) for dents or other mechanical damage to address the requirements of 49 CFR Part 192.712.
