RMV INSTALLATION EXEMPTIONAs part of a multiyear effort, Sunoco LP is working on a pipe replacement project on the SAL-CUB-10 pipeline segment, located in Phelps County, Missouri, and operated by Sunoco LP (NuStar Pipeline Operating Partnership, L.P. OPID #10012). Per 49CRF §195.258 for work being performed after April 10, 2023, this project triggers RMV spacing requirements as outlined in 49CRF §195.260. Sunoco LP respectfully requests that you accept the attached project notification of valve spacing exemption request for the above-mentioned project, submitted pursuant to 49CFR §195.18, §195.260(c), and §195.418(b)(2)(i), along with supporting documentation.#
