MAOP RECONFIRMATION METHOD 6The Tallgrass Energy 12” Big Springs Launcher to North Platte Station Receiver natural gas transmission pipeline located in Lincoln County Nebraska, in the vicinity of the City of Sutherland. This pipeline is operated by Tallgrass Interstate Gas Transmission, LLC (“Company”). MAOP reconfirmation is required for a segment of the subject line in accordance with 49 CFR 192.624(a) as available pressure testing records do not include pressure test elevation data or descriptive leak disposition information and therefore available records do not strictly meet 49 CFR 192.517(a)(6) and (7) requiring “Elevation variations, whenever significant for the particular test” and “Leaks and failures noted and their disposition”. The 12” Big Springs to North Platte MAOP Reconfirmation Alternative Technology Final Report is included as an attachment to this Letter. The Final Report contains details regarding the following as required by 49 CFR 192.624(c)(6).#
