HILCORP ALASKA, LLC — Integrity Assurance Notification

INTERVALOn June 18, 2026, representatives of Hilcorp Alaska, LLC ("Hilcorp") met with PHMSA to discuss the unsuccessful April 2026 in-line inspection (ILI) attempt on the Granite Point Platform B-Line (Crude), described below. At that meeting, PHMSA advised Hilcorp to submit written notice under 49 CFR § 195.452(j)(4) regarding the anticipated reassessment schedule for this segment. This letter constitutes that notice and provides the engineering and risk basis Hilcorp believes supports PHMSA's concurrence with the proposed schedule.#
