NATURAL GAS PIPELINE CO OF AMERICA (KMI) — Integrity Assurance Notification

PRESSURENatural Gas Pipeline LLC (NGPL) respectfully submits this report to notify PHMSA in accordance with the requirements of 49 CFR 192.933(a)(2). Per 49 CFR 192.933(d)(2): “One-year conditions. Except for conditions listed in paragraphs (d)(1) and (3) of this section, an operator must remediate any of the following within 1 year of discovery of the condition.” The repair associated with this anomaly is anticipated to extend beyond the twelve (12) months permitted under this regulation. The anomaly is located in the Hoffman/Marble Hill area of Illinois on Gulf Coast Line #2. NGPL has completed Management of Change (MOC) and technical justification process supporting the repair timeline, with work scheduled for completion by October 31, 2026.#
