PHMSA will make additional documents available to the public related to Kern River's request to modify Condition 35 of the PHMSA-2007-29078 special permit. A summary of Kern River's modification request was published in the Federal Register on Tuesday November 17, 2009 (74 FR 59342). A list of these additional documents has been posted to the docket. These documents are available upon request from PHMSA. Those seeking entry to the reading room will need to present government-issued photo identification and be subject to the security rules and regulations that are in place at that facility.
