124.1The requirements of 49 CFR, Part 191, §§191.1, 191.7, 191.23, and 191.25, to report specified safetyrelated conditions, are incorporated by references as part of these rules. Copies of all reports submitted to the DOT pursuant to the foregoing requirements shall be submitted to the Commission concurrently.#
