161.1Each Operator shall comply with the requirements of 49 CFR Part 193 Liquefied Natural Gas Facilities: Federal Safety Standards. This section of the General Order addresses specific standards for the design, construction, testing, operation, and maintenance of liquefied natural gas facilities in addition to those included in 49 CFR Part 193. These rules do not supersede the Federal Pipeline Safety Regulations, but are supplements to them.#
