753-6.3 Warning letter.

Upon determining that probable violation(s) of a provision of this Part has occurred or is continuing, the department may issue a warning letter notifying the respondent of the probable violation and advising him or her to correct it, if it is correctable, and to comply henceforth, or be subject to enforcement procedures under this Part.#
