753-6.8 Final order.

Based upon the review of a case file consideration of the nature, circumstances and gravity of the violation, history of prior violations, effect on public health, safety or welfare and such other matters as may be required, the commission will issue a final order that includes:#

(a)a statement of findings and determinations on all material issues; and#

(b)if a penalty is assessed, the amount of the penalty and the procedures for payment of the penalty.#
