On December 22, 2014, February 9, 2015, and May 13, 2015, we received your revised procedures in response to the Notice of Amendment sent to you on September 26, 2014. The amended Procedures have been reviewed and are acceptable. This letter is to inform you that no further action is necessary and that this case is being closed.
