S.C. Code Ann. Section 58-5-970 - Adoption and enforcement of federal standards for pipeline facilities and transportation

The Office of Regulatory Staff is authorized to adopt and enforce the minimum federal safety standards for the transportation of gas and pipeline facilities established by the Secretary of Transportation pursuant to Section 3#

(b)of the Natural Gas Pipeline Safety Act of 1968 (P.L. 90-481) [49 U.S.C. Section 1672 (b)], as may be amended from time to time.#
