View source A.Each gas system shall, upon request of the commission or ORS, provide to the ORS a statement regarding the condition and adequacy of its plant, equipment, facilities and service in such form as the commission or ORS may require.#
B.program. Each gas system shall keep sufficient records to give evidence of compliance with its inspection#
