Right of way inspections.

The pipeline company must schedule right of way inspections at least once each calendar week. If weather impedes the ability to conduct a fly-over inspection for a consecutive two week period, the weather condition must be noted and the pipeline company must inspect the right of way inspection by motor vehicle or walking the area, within a two week period.#
