View source A utility purchasing or receiving gas for transportation services shall install, or shall require the interconnecting pipeline to provide, such instruments or meters as may be necessary to furnish information detailing the quantity and quality of gas received into its system as necessary to maintain measurement accuracy and acceptable gas quality.#
