View source Pursuant to § 29-20-108(5)(b), C.R.S., any appeal brought by a utility or power authority under this section shall be conducted in accordance with the procedural requirements of Article 6, Title 40, C.R.S., including § 40-6-109.5, C.R.S. Evidentiary hearings on any such appeals shall be conducted in accordance with § 40-6-109, C.R.S.#
