255.803 Emergency lists of operator personnel.

Each operator shall submit a list during January of each year indicating the names, addresses, and home and business telephone numbers of responsible officials who may be contacted in the event of an emergency. The list shall also be submitted to all municipalities within which the operator's facilities are located. In the event of any changes in the list within the year, immediate notification shall be given to all recipients.#
