(a)A backup electrical supply for any equipment needed to maintain over-pressure protection shall be provided.#

(b)Not later than January 1, 2037, all Telemetry Equipment supplied by commercial power shall have a backup electrical supply capable of maintaining operation for at least 48 hours.#
