Trenchless excavation

Each Operator installing a Pipeline using trenchless excavation shall inspect the borehole using a camera, unless approved by the Authority in writing, or if the borehole is short enough such that the entire length of the borehole can be visually inspected, visually inspect the borehole, to ensure that no foreign structures were damaged.#
