Contractors and consultants

Each Operator shall provide notification of any contractor or consultant performing any Covered Tasks, to the Authority, including the name of the contractor or consultant and the general scope of provided services, except for extensions of existing contracts:#

(1)as soon as practicable but not later than 5 business days after executing or terminating an agreement with such contractor or consultant; and#

(2)prior to such contractor's or consultant's performance of a Covered Task.#
