Corrosion protective coating

(a)In accordance with 49 CFR 192.461(c), as amended from time to time, coated steel Pipe, greater than 10 feet in length, shall be electrically inspected after or immediately prior to lowering in the trench using a holiday detector, if the type of coating allows for electrical inspection at the time of installation.#

(b)The coating repair required pursuant to 49 CFR 192.461(c), as amended from time to time, shall be performed prior to backfilling.#
